Cancellation Policy

Hale’s Music School values you and your music education, since attendance is a vital part of learning music and is required of all music students to further your music education.

Students

Of course, you will not be able to make every lesson but If you must cancel, please provide a 24 hour or more notice, to have your lesson rescheduled for another day the same week. If you are unable to do a make-up lesson the same week it will be made up the following week. Only emergencies will be excused cancellations within 24 hours of your lesson time and Illnesses must be notified within 2 hours of the scheduled lesson time. You will forfeit your tuition for that day’s lesson. If you miss 3 lessons in a row you will be removed from the schedule and may have to find another day and time to resume your lessons.

Teachers

All teachers will give a 1 weeks’ notice of a missed lesson and that lesson will be made up the same week, if the teacher and student cannot reschedule the lesson, it will be moved to the following week. If an illness or emergency arises the teacher will notify the Hale’s Music School of their absence and we will notify the student or parent. 

Inclement Weather 

Hale's Music School will post any closures or cancellation on our Facebook page and local news channels.
